Sunday was incredible. People turned out in more than 200 cities around the world for the Dow Live Earth Run for Water, making it the largest event ever to focus on the global water crisis.

You can witness this incredible event for yourself on Friday, April 23rd at 7:00 p.m. Eastern. Tune into Bravo to catch the Live Earth T.V. special that I am hosting. You'll be able to see footage from Live Earth events around the world, and also hear from other water advocates who are committed to this cause.

Global Water Challenge will be receiving all funds raised at the U.S. events and investing that money into clean drinking water programs in the developing world. We will keep you updated on the impact of these funds on the lives of children and families around the world.

Our work to bring clean water to the millions in need doesn't end here. Now that we have captured the world's attention, we are ramping up our campaign to build Congressional support for cost-effective water and sanitation programs.
