U2FP bridges gaps between advocates, researchers, politicians and organizations. Our ultimate mission is to unite the community and empower members to become effective advocates who will MAKE A DIFFERENCE, in the relationships between the paralysis community and those who influence their future = scientists and politicians.

1. Paralysis is a progressive and burdensome condition.

2. Research breakthroughs demonstrate that curative therapies are possible.

3. Our community must become more visible and vocal as advocates in order to fund research.
