i have read half the book of notes left behind and it has made me cry i have a three old daughter that was three months early and 2lb 9oz i thought that i was going to loss her. and i have a two year son that i found out i was two months along on june 21 the real due date for my daughter. they are best friends and i don't know what i would tell the other one if one was gone.
I was just checking on the internet through Comcast, the latest news videos when a CBS story on Elena's family's new book "Notes Left Behind" on the touching drawings done and left behind at various spots in their home by their daughter, 5-year old Elena. I cried...what a beautiful little life...and she accomplished so much in just her few short years on this earth.
ABC NOW also had the story with a link to the family's new charity organization, "The Cure Starts Now" ...I followed the links to donate...and brought me to the "America's Giving Challenge" and then it allowed me to post and share on my facebook page and to invite other friends and family! What a wonderful and quick way to bring attention and help to this most worth of causes! God bless everyone involved and I will keep this in my thoughts...and prayers.

My 5 month old son had a brain tumor that was located in the Pineal Region. 95-100 was resected. Chemo is to start 10/26.
