Enough with the plastic already!

The city of San Leandro, with a vote of 5-1, just joined many other California cities in banning expanded polystyrene (styrofoam) foodware.

The California Supreme Court today released their decision to uphold the proposed ban on single-use plastic bags in the City of Manhattan Beach. Saying that environmental impact was "common sense" in the unanimous decision gives our movement encouragement to continue with other localities. Onward!... See More
