To inspire and empower lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender & questioning youth to realize their full potential, while providing a safe place for them to foster community.

Q²Youth is a youth group for "queer and questioning" young people, ages 13-20, in and around Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt and Chino Valley, Arizona, including smaller rural communities such as Paulden and Mayer. This group serves LGBTQ youth who need a safe space for peer support, access to accurate information, knowledge of available community resources, and age-appropriate social activities. Q²Youth provides opportunities for education and skills building, career exploration, mentoring, leadership training, and social activities selected by the youth themselves.

1. Reduce the psychological, emotional, intellectual and geographic isolation that LGBTQ young people face in rural Arizona.

2. Provide LGBTQ youth with the tools and support they need to overcome challenges related to their sexual orientation and gender identity.
