I want to personally thank many of you who came out to volunteer or forwarded my request for help at the Haiti Relief Task Force in Miami.
This is an exciting event. It's an online opportunity that will result in the top 10 Ideas for Change in America being given to President Obama - among other things. We came in 2nd place last year out of 7,500 ideas and with over 15,000 votes in the last round. We just need to stay in the top three in this category until Feb 18th. Then the final round will begin.

I fulfilled my promise to you. I met President Obama last night. I gave President Obama the U.S. Department of Peace bill and an NVC book (and the Youth PROMISE Act also to prevent violence). He was reminded. Mission accomplished. You can take the girl out of the rally - but you can not take the rally out of the girl. ♥

The Obama ticket hasn't been purchased yet. Paypal hasn't transferred the funds yet (lol of course) But my Goal was met and I deeply thank you.
