End the federal reserve on a global scale, abolish any type of fractional reserve banking systems, and hunt down the Rothchilds, Morgans, Rockafeller, etc. Probably not going to happen but when the shit hits the fan You'll know who your enemy is
Alex it seems you have a lot of problems pinned up inside of you. I don't know what you wrote, I stopped at dumb assess but starting a conversation by attacking others shows a lack of self-confidence and frustration with no direction. It's okay, it was hard for me to accept I was deceived but I realized it's okay to be wrong, it means your learning and not being stagnant.

As you said, the Fed is supposed to manage the current inflation rate by adjusting interest rates, but as Josh noted, the accumulation of inflation over the years has rendered the dollar worth only pennies. When the Fed raises the interest rate the effect is adding dollars to the money supply. Lowering interest rates constricts the money in circulation. Somehow, though, (wink, wink) we always slowly increase the money and never go back to where we were. The inflated money supply causes inflation - that is actually where the name comes from, not from "inflated" prices.
Before the Fed (1913), real prices came down over the years - in the early 1900s a dollar could buy more than it could a few years earlier because the money supply was constant and prices were falling.
So thanks for the primer, but you need to understand the full story. By the way, the use of expletives doesn't really make you seem more intelligent, on the contrary, they are usually peppered about by those lacking self confidence.

Alex, the FED doesn't keep inflation in check. The dollar now is worth 4 cents of what it was in 1913. The FED was created by big banking to serve only the interests of big banking. Do you honestly believe the sky would fall if it weren't for the FED? Read up on your history. Maybe even read a book written by someone who didn't benefit from the the federal reserve act.
i joined so i could explain to you dumbasses how retarded this is. Here is the main function of the FED: CHANGE INTEREST RATES TO MANAGE INFLATION!!! If aggregate demand exceeds the rate of overall GDP growth, the FED jacks up interest rates to keep prices down, if aggregate demand is down (nobody is buying anything) the FED lowers interest rates to spur purchasing. Another function they have is printing money. Do you know what the number one export of the united state is? THE AMERICAN FUCKING DOLLAR! Why? BECAUSE OIL IS TRADED SOLELY IN AMERICAN DOLLARS! this means that any country that wants oil (all of them) needs what? AMERICAN FUCKING DOLLARS! and we price gouge all of them and make a huge profit. If you end the FED you take away our ability to control the production of our chief export and you destabilize our entire country. And because everyone else has invested in our country and is tied to our economy (as the most powerful economy in the world). You know what would happen? A GLOBAL ECONOMIC MELTDOWN! you would probably starve to death. . . honestly ladies and gentlemen.
Audit the FED, support HR 1207 and S604 by urging your congress critters to co sponsor these bills and get them to the floor. Once there is an audit, ending the FED and prosecuting the thieves will be next!
