Talk About Curing Autism

Your donation goes to support the core mission of:
Talk About Curing Autism, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit

Talk About Curing Autism (TACA) is a national organization, headquartered in Newport Beach California, dedicated to providing information, resources, and support to families affected by autism. For families who have just received the autism diagnosis, TACA aims to speed up the cycle time from the autism diagnosis to effective treatments. TACA helps to strengthen the autism community by connecting families and the professionals who can help them, allowing them to share stories and information to help people with autism be the best they can be.

We need TACA's help!! We want to tell YOUR STORY!!

We finished right behind your team in the 1st round of the Chase campaign and support NAA here in PA a ton. Yet, somehow, we can't seem to get the message out that we are the ONLY AUTISM group in the running at the Pepsi Refresh Everything Challenge and we're still winning for $50k!! The thing is, we've lost some ground and we can't do this all on our own like so many of our families know. Will you please help our network of families so we can come and get some of your family's stories?

Please go here to vote every day in February: http://refresheverything.com/usofautism

You can find out more information about the stories we need for a film here: http://usofautism.com/

You can follow us on twitter: http://twitter.com/usofautism

Thank you for your support!

My fabulous nephew Jacob has autism, as well as failure to thrive & tardive dyskinesia (thanks to meds)....he has dealt with stimming, lots of rage issues, and the TD caused his cognitive reasoning to regress dramatically. Thanks to some great nutritional products he is doing GREAT! His finger stimming stopped entirely, all skin allergies are gone, rages are subsiding, and his cognitive reasoning has shot through the roof! He even made honor roll & student of the month in December! If anyone wants info on the products you can message me. God bless you all!

My beautiful grandson Chase has autism. He is so smart, and is an exceptional child. The only problem that I can see is being able to talk and play with other children other than his twin sister Sarah. Please help find a cure.

So many stories as a teacher of children with autism. How about when my third grade student with classic autism (lots of stim and little expressive language) was not invited to his class field trip to the planetarium because he needed to be very quiet. I insisted, he went and was the best behaved and most engaged third grade I observed. Go!

Thank you TACA for helping my family. Now, to pay it forward and help others realize their kids can get better. Yesterday our oldest son tested for his jr black belt which was pretty cool but the best part of the test was hearing Charlie (8 with autism) say "Make us proud Kenny!" Wah-hoo. Autism is treatable - say it with me!!!

Have a beautiful son 17 with Autism, Tourettes, OCD. Can't believe I just watched Dr. Oz, show how Mercury in Fish can cause brain damage and neurological problems, them turns around and has a Dr. Alan Green on about pesticides and says they cause autism. Do these people already know about the primate studies and are working overtime to make people believe that it is another cause? I am soooo tired of the years of lying, and so is our son Matthew. Sorry for the venting just so frustrated.
