Building Hope...Bringing Community to AIDS Orphans in Kenya

Tumaini Internationals' vision is to provide hope and tangible assistance to AIDS-orphaned children in Kenya and eventually, the rest of Africa. Our focus is on children who have lost one or both parents and are left in the care of other children, neighbors, or relatives who themselves need economic support.

Tumaini does not support "institutionalization", or build orphanages, but believes that the most beneficial program is one that supports the stability of the family unit, thus preserving cultural identity and community solidarity.
