To elect Dr. Richard Zeile (Detroit) to Michigan's State Board of Education

1. Michigan children need choices in education delivery whether charter schools, private schools, parochial schools, home schools, or public scools.

2. Education policy needs to be effective, not merely or primarily emotive.

3. Standardized testing is a suitable means for comparing performance of children from diverse educational backgrounds.

4. Fewer policies are more effectively enforced than a multitude of regulation.

5. The community has a right to expect that prevailing values to taught to its children.
