My child's music teacher has the Mojo to convince us all to donate to the Cause! I BELIEVE in him!
Last Friday we started signing in students electronically. (Thanks to Jimmy for making this happen!) The statistics are amazing. Since last Friday. we've taught 107 different students, many of them more than once and many on more than one instrument. This doesn't include our teaching at NorthStar or Wilkerson Middle School or the orchestras. We teach several with learning disabilities. (One young lady revealed yesterday that she has Tourette's) Claudia spent a good bit of time yesterday translating Spanish for Darnell as he taught. (I'm so excited that the Hispanic boy that came last week brought his extended family back this week!) We're drawing such a diverse population! Thanks to all the donors! You make it possible for these young people to come together through music.
