• Further efforts to confiscate illegal shipments of parrots, as a deterrent to

and the general public
• Develop broad-based coalitions to advocate on behalf of parrots
• Fund research into better understanding regional aspects of the trade

I am involved with a great company called JavaFit that has just introduced a new fundraising program for non-profit organizations. The program is called "JavaFit Gives Back". I love the work the WPT does. I worked with the Kakapo for 2 years and enjoyed getting their magazine. I have just come to the UK from working with the Kakapo. I won't be donating to the WPT sorry but I am trying to support the Kakapo in my own way. I have made some greeting cards that are avaliable at ETSY.

Such an exciting cause! The aviculture industry in Victoria is completely without and i have missed having a yard full of birds. Cant wait to get to a warmer climate and get back into it! Are there any other aussies here?
