my grand son did three stints in iraq one when he was 17 teen and one when he was just 21 he was injured out there and is now semi disabled he fought for queen and country and now he is home he cannot get a place to live he had to give up the house he had with the army newly married and have got to live with the girls nan
BECAUSE I AM A VETERAN MYSELF
At the moment I'm fighting for the rights of the disabled & a lot of army/navy/airforce people get invalided out of the forces & find themselves fighting for the right to exist just like the rest of us. I support the great job they do but I'm also concerned with the rough deal they get when they are seen to be no longer useful to their country.
Because I'm am a veteran myself
my dad was a service man my uncle my nan , mybrother in law.
because I am one of the people this is for.
My niece brought this to my attention and I feel it is worthwhile.
because without them I wouldnat have the freedoms I enjoy today - Thanks to you all x.
