Mission

To connect donors to organizations, issues and communities important to them over time, and to provide ongoing leadership and support to its partners and communities.

Programs

The Community Foundation maintains a philanthropic network, over 25 years in the making, consisting of donors, non-profits, and community and state leaders. In education, we collaborate with donors and other organizations to help under-privileged students go to college. Currently at local levels the Community Foundation is taking initiatives to help curtail childhood obesity, and is focusing help on organizations working in the areas of vision and hearing loss.
