Parce que je pense que tant d'années passées ont permis largement aux services américains de déterminer le profil des personnes qui s'y trouvent incarcérées et de cerner leur dangerosité éventuelle pour l'ordre public . Parce que le Président Obama s'y était engagé lors de son programme pour l'accès à la Présidence des Etat-Unis . Parce qu'enfermer des hommes" présumés innocents "( selon le statut français) est honteux et malsain pour ces hommes -même , et douloureux pour leur proches, leur famille et l'intégrité mentale même de ces hommes .
