Parce que le Président Obama s'y était engagé lors de son programme pour l'accès à la Présidence des Etat-Unis . Parce qu'enfermer des hommes" présumés innocents "( selon le statut français) est honteux et malsain pour ces hommes -même , et douloureux pour leur proches, leur famille et l'intégrité mentale même de ces hommes .
