We're coming down to the wire--less than 2 weeks until we confront the genetically engineered (GE) tree industry at their international conference in Asheville, NC later this month.

We're sending down our whole team and working with some great activists from around the Southeast.

With your support, these will be the biggest ever protests against the genetic engineering of trees!

And thanks to a generous donor, your gift will be matched dollar for dollar up to a $2,000 maximum!

   We still need your support to help us defeat timber industry plans to develop vast plantations of genetically engineered eucalyptus trees across the US South.  Check out the video at the top of this post that we produced in 2010.  It is a 5 minute overview of the problem of GE trees and industrial timber plantations in the US South.
