We don't have a way to reintegrate Lebanese expats back to home, find them jobs and help them to regain their properties left in care of relatives who most likely will not give it up without major court batteles. We need a mechanism and a process to expditedly deal with these issues including speciality courts that don't postpone and keep postponing delivery of their properties for years...mean while the return of the Lebanese is diluted and very large sums of money gets to be expended before he can get his footstepping in this reverse "Ghorba" called Country...if they didn't suffer much worse fate of beatings by greedy relatives that don't want to give their properties back.

speciality courts need to be established that can exedite the process of having the returning expat property return within short time.
