    Emma Nicole has been dealing with abuse from her father since late 2012. The courts have ignored any and all accounts of the abuses from her family and have continued to give her abuser rights to her every single week from Tuesday 9AM-Wedneday 5PM resulting in her nearly fatally overdosing on drugs. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Her abuser still walks the streets of Siskiyou County a free man-WE DEMAND HIS ARREST AS A COMMUNITY!!!!

      3-13: Mt. Shasta police department and CPS have wrapped up their investigations and sent their findings off to the district attorney of Siskiyou county. Emmas case will also be looked at by a death and near death review board. Like Justice For Emma on facebook to stay updated.
