Term Limits as an amendment to the US Constitution

That an amendment be added to the US Constitution limiting to two the number of terms a person may serve in congress as a representative , senator or both! To include terms already served! A person who has served only two terms in congress will NOT be eligible for retirement or healthcare for life at the taxpayer expense! All congresspersons must not exempt themselves from any rule or law that the general public is required to abide by!
