Please give this Criminal who Violated ALL codes of Human conduct when he raped then Murdered this 14 year old child, the DEATH PENALTY.

Bring back the Hangman or Lethal injection but do not keep him at the expense of the Taxpayers whose trust he has violated and violated the REPUTATION of the entire Security forces.

We now have a Police Force whose Good Reputation has been further Tarnished, A a good reputation which they have struggled to build which they NEED for effective Policing has been further damaged by this guy's Actions.

Lets make an example of him thereby making a deterring statement to anyone who may get similar ideas.
