    We want to give felons a second chance that can prove for 10 years they can stay out of trouble and not comit any more felons with in 10 years. This is for nonvilont only. And this is a one time deal. If you get in trouble again for a felon then it stays on for life. Lets give people a reson to do right and to stay right. The way we treat people now. one mistake and your doomed for life. Not fair. This has got to change.
