Write a Support Letter For Organic Farming

The Thorpe Organic Farm store was closed by the Upper Makefield Township in PA. No specific citations in writing or verbally. Never responded to Thorpe's attorney who said, "contact me." "I'm certified by the state as a carpenter and the store is not in danger of collapse. Proper procedures has not been followed and there is no support from the Township. But we have a stack of harassing letters and no citations. Three things the Thorpes need: "We need on contingency or pro bono legal help to push against the bank's liquidation. As a community supported farm we need volunteers for the spring tilling season. We also an old fashioned roof raising after Sandy and fire damage put the family in distress. Developers want to close us down and build housing." Thorpe Farm one of the last Native owned organic farms in PA, near where Gen. Washington crossed the Delaware. The Thorpes are related to Olympian great Jim Thorpe and American explorer Daniel Boone. The plan is to bring the Bison back to PA. The animals, people and environment on Thorpe Farm are serene and in balance with Mother Earth.
