This Saturday, February 23rd—in response to President Obama's call for action the week of February 18th—Bronte has been invited to speak at:
WE THE PEOPLE Rally and March
Reed Park (at Lincoln & California) in Santa Monica
1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Calling for responsible gun safety regulations
1. Universal Background Checks
2. Limitation on Assault Weapons & Large Capacity Magazines
3. Serious Punishment for Gun Trafficking
4. Prohibit Dangerous People Having Guns
MoveOn, Brady Campaign, Million Mammas Movement and other local organizations have aligned to support this family friendly event, including entertainment and speakers such as Councilmember Bernard C. Parks (former Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department), concluding with a motorcycle police escorted March to the Santa Monica Police Department where, in a symbolic gesture, children will voluntarily surrender their "toy" guns. The police will have something for the children in exchange.
Please join Bronte and bring your kids and/or encourage your family & friends in Los Angeles to attend.

You have my support 100%. My physical presence can not be. I live in Florida, but all the same I support the ban on assault weapons of any kind. I realize people desire to be safe, but assault weapons are going too far and they are not allowed to be used for hunting. A nationwide law demanding all gun owners to have in their possession is a gun safe that is to be secured at all times. Should you as a gun owner fail to keep your weapons secured from others from accessing them, you too will...
