    I suggest that the term as RULING GOVERNMENT should be changed as SERVING GOVERNMENT (RULING PARTY AS SERVING PARTY). The apposition party should be termed as non serving party. As INDIA is a Democratic country we should elect the party which will serve the country and not rule our country. I think if the politicians say  they are the serving government  each time during propaganda and public speeches they will try to serve  the people in much better ways. This phrase should be used in all medias and news papers in addressing the politicians and the government, so that all citizens will feel the responsibility to serve the Nation.

    I request that this would make our respected political citizens of India contesting in elections and holding responsible positions in the government to be more productive and make them feel that they are to serve the country's people and not to rule the country. for example a district Collectors board or name plate should be as district Collector to serve the people, Serving Minister of a particular Ministry.
