About
Petition the Wisconsin Indian tribes and the Center for Biological Diversity to file lawsuits to stop the destruction of our 800 wolves. Trapping, high tech, low tech, everything but nukes, and packs of dogs rationalized for "training" to be run year-round, no licenses, unlimited dogs, no rules on all wildlife on all public lands - and yes - it will be systemic trespass on private lands. The sadists will loose dogs on trapped wolves and the wolf hating is ignorant, and promoted by the bear hounders and trappers - the worst serial killers of all. Only legal action under the Wildlife Public Trust Doctrine will save our wolves due to be killed October 15 - Feb. 28. These lowlife are torture experts.

There are two ancient legal tenets that must be addressed in modern Courts. There are a wide variety of actual laws but they boil down to "Law of the Gun" and "Right of the Kill." The first concept means that if you have the means to kill, you have the right to kill. It used to apply to slave humans. It still applies to women in some parts of the world. It always applies to non-human sentients. The second tenet, and the one that need to be addressed the most, means that if you take the...
…There are two ancient legal tenets that must be addressed in modern Courts. There are a wide variety of actual laws but they boil down to "Law of the Gun" and "Right of the Kill." The first concept means that if you have the means to kill, you have the right to kill. It used to apply to slave humans. It still applies to women in some parts of the world. It always applies to non-human sentients. The second tenet, and the one that need to be addressed the most, means that if you take the life of something, you get full economic use of it. It becomes yours. It belonged to everyone or no one before the kill, but after the kill, it belongs to you. The problem with that idea is that I should have just as much right to have that animal alive as someone else has to have it dead. Giving them ownership by right of the kill takes away my ownership - the ownership of every other living thing on earth - since the environment is fully connected in every way. IF we give someone the right to kill an animal, they should still have no economic rights to it. Any meat or fur should be confiscated and sold to buy safer habitat so not so much killing would be required. I'm not an attorney but these are old laws that came into existence simply because they always were - and perhaps when humans were few and wildlife plentiful, it worked. Humans were just another predator, killing to eat to live. That's not what we have today when the 4% of the population that is psychopathic, sociopathic, or sadomasochistic, hides under the guise of "hunter." Killing of animals for fun, sport, entertainment, or profit, is not nature's way, and it should not be man's way either. I want rhino, elephant, tigers, and lions on the plains of Africa. I want wolves in the north woods. I want bison on the Western ranges. I want dolphin, whales, sharks, tuna, and cod in the oceans. I want snakes and gators in the swamps. That is my desire and my right - a right "sports" hunters take from me. Perhaps instead of leaving it to the Native Americans to fight, the rest of us should start class action lawsuits against states for taking away our rights.

THE BASTARDS NEED TO BE SHOT FOR KILLING THE WOLVES!
AAAAAAUUUUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!!! I CAN'T TOLERATE INTOLERANCE!!!!!!
PS: In case you didn't notice, I'm making fun of you.
How quietly each Creature walks the earth. All except the Human Primate. The family of the Wolves has much to teach us about care of our own and fulfilling a role assigned by natural selection. Humans take it upon themselves to select their victims for no reason other than ego and a need to fulfill hidden and cruel agenda. I don't hate. Not even any humans, though they might make it easy to do so. I could ahte such people, but I could never hate another Creature!
OH NO! HUMANS ARE BAD CREATURES! I COULD NEVER HATE ANOTHER CREATURE, BUT I SURE HATE PEOPLE!
PS: I'm Making fun of you too, btw.
Well what a beautiful picture we have .here is a man with a GUN he just shot a wolf or what ever ;it makes me sick to look .If only the animal had a gun ;that would be wonderful ;i am sure they would not go out looking to kill no more .What did this Animal do to you ?tell all of us we would like to no .I hope you are attacked one day by the same animla you just so galantly killed. How lovely and to post ot on FB so everyone can see ;i no the hunters will love it ;i don;t.
Well someone whats my coment taken of 'i have no idea why ;and i don'r care ;hunters are pigs ;if you hunt do it becasue you want to eat /not for sport .i absoultley hate that ;bastards ;who hunt for fun and how big a rack they get .It makes me sick .
this petition is asking the tribes to act on a law suit. I am wondering if you all have made phone calls (those of you wrote this petition) to the tribes in those areas to find out if that's even a possibility? I know that in MN several Reserves have closed their land to these wolf hunts. So what I would do is make a few phone calls and see what they are doing about the hunts on their tribal lands and ask them if it's even a possibility for them to do anything legal about this off the...
…this petition is asking the tribes to act on a law suit. I am wondering if you all have made phone calls (those of you wrote this petition) to the tribes in those areas to find out if that's even a possibility? I know that in MN several Reserves have closed their land to these wolf hunts. So what I would do is make a few phone calls and see what they are doing about the hunts on their tribal lands and ask them if it's even a possibility for them to do anything legal about this off the reserve. Just a thought. Also, knowing more about what the tribes in that area are able to do and not able to do without yelling or getting upset it always helpful. Thanks
Also, have any of the petition writers gotten in touch with the CBD? I am unsure as to why this petition is even being posted if the petition writers are not giving us info as to the fact that they have already done the foot work to try and get these things in order and been rejected first. It makes no sense that there is no information on this petition as to whether or no the tribes in the area have been contacted and asked to file suits as well as having rejected you or not. This applies to the Center for Biological Diversity. So my question is, have you contacted these people and asked them to file a law suit for this purpose and if so what were the results? I won't sign this petition until I know and this should be public information. The load of the responsibility should fall on the person who is asking for this to be done. Not to file a petition online and harass the tribes and CBD into doing something about it.
okay people. how much goddamn info do we have to be making such a snap judgement as this? Calm yo tits. All of you. Seriously, is there an overpopulation of wolves? If so, I say continue hunting. But control dat shit. If anything, there's anything wrong with this, it's trespassing, and the use of unlicensed dogs. Jesus Christ people. Take some goddamn chillaxatives or get some facts.
