How many days do you get off from work/school in celebration of President's Day?

President Obama's State of the Union address outlined the many challenges and issues facing our nation. What's the best way to make progress and begin to solve these issues? Taking a break, of course! Neither house of Congress is in session during the entire week of President's Day, from the 18th to the 22nd. Instead, they will be home in their districts with their constituents.
