Close Scoobies Gentlemen's Club

We the friends and family of Tyree Wimberly are coming together to fight back and seek justice for our loved one whose life was taken from us outside of an establishment known as "Scoobies Gentlemen Club" on January 26th, 2013. This supposed place of business has posted operating hours of 4pm-12am. We don’t understand why there were still people in and out of that club on that night when it was well past 12am. We can’t help but to think if those hours were strictly enforced, just maybe this tragedy would have never happened to our loved one and we would not be saying our goodbyes to him on February 3, 2013 at his funeral. We would still be able to see him and have opportunities to have a conversation with him, his mom and brother and sisters would get to hug him again, but we don’t get to do that anymore, due to someone coming out of that club after hours and killing our innocent friend. Due to that Tyree will not get to see his 2 month old son grow up, he won’t get to experience all the good and bad moments with his son and fiancé. He won’t get to be there for all his sons 1st: His first words, his first birthday, his first job, his first girlfriend, his first anything. Tyree was a good caring man with a warm heart and trying to make a change in his life for the better, so that he could support his family. All that came to an end on January 26th, 2013 because of a person coming out of the club decided to kill because Tyree didn’t want the marijuana that was being forced on him. On that day Tyree took 2 bullets to the chest, one to the heart and one to the lungs. Our hearts are broken. After Tyree was shot he laid in his friends arms on the cold ground right outside the club as he bled, his last words to his friend were "I'm shot, call 911" he was transported to St. Luke’s hospital where his family watched him take his final breathes and slowly drifted off, Tyree was pronounced dead at 3:40am. So we are asking that something be done about that place, it has closed and re-opened so many times over the years. It should just stay closed for good. That place has been the scene to drugs and robberies and many other activities over the years, now it can add murder to that list. We don’t see that place getting better anytime soon. When we ask for something to be done, we don’t mean shut it down then re-open it under a different name a few months later, we mean never open it again. Maybe put a little sitting area there with some benches and flowers; make it a place to bring together Allentown and Bethlehem. No one wants a strip club bringing the cities together, so please help us get justice for our loved one. Please take this into consideration and help us get closure for our loved one who was taken too soon. Please don’t just ignore us, wouldn’t you want something done if you were in the same situation or would you just allow it to pass you by and have this possibly happen to someone else’s family, don’t make another family have to plan their loved ones funeral.

to all those who are stupid:: first and foremost the argument started at 711, the shooter followed the victim from 711 to the blindspot which is behind the bar. the bar didn't shoot/kill the kid. and nobody came from the bar that shot the kid. The kids friend knows what happened... secondly all those people who started up this bullshitt will be sued especially the bonilla's. when they get done paying lawyers they will learn the term of harassment and interfering with contractual rights. no matter what is said anyone who signs the petition will be sued in court and they will have to prove all the contents and claims in their petition. those idiots who are signing the petition really don't know what their doing, because the term slander will cost them a great deal of money. stupid people are just simply stupid people. the moment you serve the property owner with any petition those persons will be sued and they better have big money for an attorney because if they own a car or a home or jewelry it will belong to mr. goodfella. the city will never get involved with these idiots because police records show that goodfellas has the best record concerning disturbances.... scoobies has nothing to do with goodfellas and goodfellas will fight you until you are broke, pennyless. and if you are a stripper, I will strip you character to the lowest degree known to mankind. and if scoobies is closed down automatically platinum plus has to be closed down, because the police record against platinum plus is longer then broad st. scoobies is not open half the time and everybody in the state of PA knows that platinum plus is the home for drug dealers. the victims mother told the truth, her son was not at a strip club and people leaving a strip club will not shoot and kill people for not buying marijuana. if the bonilla's own their home their about ready to loose it because its not scoobies you have to worry about its GOODFELLAS.
