The accused has plead not guilty and a court date has been set for October. Please pray that Monkey will be returned soon so they can give their pet a proper burial and bring closure to this tragedy. Thank you for sharing and the tremendous outpouring of support for the Peebles family. Their story has already resonated with many sending a message that cruelty to animals is unacceptable. I am putting this in honor of my Aunt Jinny.Aunt Jinny is kind loves any kind of animals. She is always nursing sick animals or trying to find homes for puppies while caring for her sick husband and mother at the same time. She would never give Monkey away-if you notice my lil cousins letter it says "my family, and all my family loved Monkey". Would it make sense to give away a family member? Monkey never tried to bite anyone, and if she was always tring to bite ppl, why were the police...

I have knowledge of all this because I help care for her mother everyday which is 500 yards away. This man shot my grandma's dog shit zhu too and was always shooting stray dogs. These people posting on here in honor of this evil person are the monsters step-chilldren and they are mad bc they don't like their family having to ride past signs and pictures her and the kids put up in memorial to sweet Monkey, but she never goes out of her way to be mean to anyone and these people are full of it when they say there are 2 sides to the story making something sound sinister and drawn out when it was only 10 minute event in which this monster played "God". Her dog was not on the leash, Ark Angels story states that above and for all that are capable of reading, it also states she took responsibilty for that. There were no bad feelings or feuding, or anything like that going on. In fact the woman and aunt Jinny were giving each other greens, deer meat and fish and aunt Jinny would save her aluminum cans for the lady-so this is not about the lady or other people posting on here-it is about a horrible act that this heartless monster done and he should take resposibility for. Our family will not use the vulgar language on here, we are better than that or get on here and comment on their posts eveytime something is stated, because that is what they want. She asked all of us not to say something when they posted, because they only make themselves look worse but I heard enough and wanted to defend her. Please don;t let people like that stop you from sharing and help stop another animal slaughter. Our family thanks you.

Jinny Woods-Peebles You said it. "So sad he will never know the unconditional love of a pet". I have no children of my own so my cats are my children. I truly do feel your pain.
I don't offer any forgiveness to the defendant! If this heartless bastard doesn't do jail time, then there is something wrong with the law in Georgia. I offer my condolences to the family of this precious dog.
Hope's husband works for this monster and they live right inside his yard. I recently learned that last year he shot my little brother's dog for tearing into his trash. He stopped my brother and his wife on the road to brag that he had shot the dog in his ba*ls, but would kill him next time. Their little dog has often crossed the road to relieve himself on our property, but I would never hurt it. She recently sent me a bogus friend request-and I couldn’t figure out who this person was; only that she was new and we shared the same friends. I asked my friends that had accepted her requests, but they didn’t know her either. Then when I started looking at the profile pic good (bare feet hanging over an old wooden bridge)-lo and behold! Guess who forgot to remove their initials from the right-hand bottom in the photo. She denied it, but the profile was deleted the same day-she had also used one of the monster’s relatives child’s name, that comments on here also (has a distinctive spelling), and her own previous married name.. I would never give my dog to her-I didn’t know her-other than hearing her in the yard, talking loud and cussing on her phone. Her little dog had crossed over onto our property barking at the pups, while I was in the yard feeding them and the mama dog.. She walked into the road calling her dog back, and mentioned something about them and I told her I was trying to find good homes for them and did she know of anyone looking for puppies. I never tried to give her my dog. She is young and has no life. I told her maybe a job or hobby should fill her time after the fb request. On my life and all that I love dearly, none of them have EVER complained that Monkey was trying to bite them and never have the police or animal control EVER came to my house on Monkey. How stupid they are to claim this because it is a matter of public record.
Poor little Monkey...I hope the court finds this neighbor very much in the wrong.....this is so sad...
I am so terribly sorry for your great loss of Monkey. Truly unconscienable in nature. Such viciousness, such evil. RIP sweet, precious Monkey! We will fight to avenge your death.

Penalties for animal cruelty aren't stiff enough! ...harm an animal in my presence and watch me turn into an animal!

When I had to put down my "Le' Pooch" ( she was very sick,) I cried like a baby for three days. But, I cried even more when I thought about how many people I would much rather have "put down"; this SOB was obviously one of them! God'll get him, trust me!

Having Neighbors is the Pits - That's why I someday hope to move to the country - This man could of at least warned you about having your dog off leash, or not having contained in your own yard,& he could have asked you to clean up after your dog if it was BM - Or he could have called the Authorities if it had been a reoccuring thing - But since it was a accident your dog went over there he is a Low Character Person for Shooting your furbaby - I Pray that Father God sets the Judge to place...
