People are going bankrupt over divorce. Children are losing their parents and parents are sacrificing everything they have to stay active in the lives of their children. Lives are being destroyed. Rights are being violated. Justice is not being served. Experts are profiting while children, mothers and fathers suffer.

FAMILY COURTS, IT'S TIME FOR THE WRECKING BALL TO SWING THE OTHER WAY AND DEMOLISH THE CURRENT SYSTEM OF FAMILY COURTS.

As a court observer I have been concerned in what is happening in Family Courts lately. I am struck by the overall apathy of people until it directly affects their lives. Apathy is the very thing that destroys a nation. When we become apathetic we let down our guard and allow the wolves to enter the sheep’s fold. These wolves are cleverly disguised as sheep but no matter what they look like on the outside they are wolves who seek to devour every thing in site. That our current system that allows and encourages high conflict in the Family Court is unacceptable and destructive in nature.
America’s family courts are causing millions of children undue suffering as a result of rulings which result in one parent, usually the father, being cut out of their children’s lives. These actions against our children are NOTHING LESS THAN CHILD ABUSE, the results of which we are just now realizing all across this country. If you have any doubt, just Google corrupt family courts, then post a comment.
All col laterals (foster care givers, Guardian ad Litem volunteers, mental health professionals, parenting coordinators and others) HARASS, LIE, MANIPULATE, VIOLATE COURT ORDERS, COERCE, INTIMIDATE, COMMIT PERJURY, VIOLATE LAWS (Federal and State). This system is BROKEN and they all know it! This system produces HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars in Federal Funding for the states annually; and infinitely more lining the pockets of the participants (judges, attorneys, social workers, mental health professionals, doctors, pharmaceutical companies, women’s shelters, foster parents, foster care facilities, only to name a few).
It’s time for the wrecking ball to swing the other way and dismantle our current Family Courts as we know it today.

It's like a quota system. How to make money for the courts because the millions in the budget is not enough for them. IMO, just like all fraudulent reports the aim is to deceive, slander and win the court hearing before you ever enter into a courtroom.

Without monitoring and supervision, the proceedings in family court have long been said to undermine the very goal of keeping "the best interest of children" in mind. Reform may not be sufficient to the re-creation of family law and its court room proceedings beginning with monitoring and supervision.
Monitor yourself if there is no history of neglect.
Don Pierce The Court system does need to be monitored. In California we have Commissioners actings as Judges. The Commissioner is a lawyer with minimal training and makes decisions about peoples lives. My Granddaughter's rights have been trampled on while the Commissioner decides about the parents' issues. My Granddaughters are living in a one bedroom mobile home with their paternal Grandmother and the father refuses to get a job. And I say refuses because he has been told by the Commissioner that he needs to look for a job twice and was also told by a criminal court that he needed to get a job. Last month the grandmother sent them packing at night. One granddaughter is in KG and the other one is 4. The mother is in the Navy and has a place for the girls but the commissioner still sees no need for the girls to be placed with their mother. This has been going on since July 2011 when she returned from deployment. By the way This is NOT a unique case.
All states should automatically assume a 50%/50% custody as the default position in every divorce. This should only ever change if there is clear evidence of neglect or abuse. Additionally, any evidence that one parent is attempting to malign their child/children against the other by direct pressure or subtle manipulation should result in drastic penalties (fines, mandatory community service, and/or parenting lessons) for the parent who is attempting to alienate the child/children from their other parent.
Goodbye Scott Pierson. This is the father who committed suicide leaving behind two children who will miss him very much. Constant battle with divorce and custody ending up bankrupt. His ex, the very next day after his death, began to search looking for money she could tap into. Scott is actually quite well known in WA State. He was a teacher and a professional musician in an orchestra. His students are devastated as well as the musical community. Rest in Peace, Scott.

I would have liked to have a Jury trial before I was sentenced for Life.....Lifetime Alimony.
