What is your favorite musical tribute to the military?

We owe an incredible debt of gratitude to the men and women of our armed forces. Great musicians have recorded songs as a tribute to the heroic sacrifices our military makes for us. What song best represents these sacrifices? Watch the attached videos if you aren't familiar with the songs (or just want to hear them again). If you have another song that you like more, let us know by commenting below. Please vote and forward it to friends.

Here's to the Heroes by Mario Frangoulis is a very good song.On u-tube.
Hope you like this sng too
Any patriotic song by John Phillip Soussa ( Stars and Stripes Forever).
My favorite songs that to me say it all is first and foremost "Semper Fi" by Trace Adkins and then "Angel Flight" by Radney Foster which if that song doesn't bring a tear to your eye you have no idea of the sacrifices our military makes!!! OooRahh!!!
Amen to that man.
Stars and Stripes Forever by Sousa.
...I love musicals. Was even an Army Bandsman! But I guess I am old fashioned. I love the music of George M. Cohan and "Over There" is the one that makes me smile and weep at the same time. Lee Greenwood's "Proud To Be An American" is also wonderful....there are so many great musical tributes out there...maybe it is time to put together the All American Musical that salutes today's modern military while giving homage and gratitude to the past. It's doable! :-)
The lyrics in his song are so true,,,,it just hits your heart. Our country is not perfect but I will live here anyday over anywhere else. That is for darn sure--and i have lived overseas. Oh the stories I could tell you!! :-)
For you by Keith Urban is one of my favorites. I dedicated it to both my boys, Kristopher and Nick who serve in Army Airborne and Marine Corp!
