STOP BULLYING, NEED STRICTER LAWS ENFORCED

MY CHILD HAS BEEN BULLIED SINCE THE THIRD GRADE! THE PAST TWO YEARS HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE, WITH NO SUPPORT THREW THE SCHOOL SYSTEM. SHE HAS BEEN RIDICULED FOR THE WAY HER HAIR IS, THE WAY SHE TALKS,ETC. SHE HAS BEEN CALLED A N****R, SPIC, TAUNTS HER ABOUT HER WEIGHT. IT'S SO BAD SHE DON'T WANT TO ATTEND SCHOOL ANYMORE, WITH NO SUPPORT FROM HER SCHOOL. HER TEACHERS LAUGH AT HER AND DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE THAT THIS GOES ON IN THEIR CLASSROOMS. HER SCHOOL CONSISTS OF MOSTLY WHITE CHILDREN.I CAN'T EVEN START TO EXPLAIN HOW MANY TIMES I'VE BEEN AT HER SCHOOL,,, HER BEING PUSHED DOWN KICKED,ASKED WHY SHE LIVES IN THE NEIGHBOR HOOD SHE LIVES IN ,, TELLING HER GO BACK TO THE HOOD,,,,

BULLYING NEEDS TO BE MADE A FELONY, HELP KEEP CHILDREN SAFE, WE HAVE CHILDREN ALL OVER THAT DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO TURN TO AND THEIR ONLY "OUT" IS TO COMMIT SUICIDE.

The school my daughter attends tells me at a meeting that for it to be constituting "bullying" you have to be picked on by the same student more than once or a group of the same people more than 1 time??? K.... so it's ok threw Hernando County School System to be picked on and bullyed by a whole bit of different students each day, it will be considered horseplay or another, but not bullying????? Are you serious? So it's ok for the racial slurs and being hurt as long as your attacker doesn't do it more than one time! SMH!
