We the citizens of India, demand and immediate amendment in Indian Constitution so that Rapists can be given capital punishment. Current provisions of punishments in our constitution do not provide any deterrent against Rape. We also demand a complete overhaul of Police and Judicial system to make it sensitive towards victims and effective against criminals.
When there is an uproar against the Rape of an Innocent young girl in Delhi and the country seems to be boiling with anger. I wish we could bring in a legislation that would help us to "Hang the Rapists" not only in Delhi but also in Gujrat, Kashmir and North East as well...Irrespective of the color of his Apparel... Be it Saffron, Khaki, Green, Black or whatever !!!

It's Modi,under whose watch brutal communal rape was given an official seal, all the way for these so called news people.To hell with the young woman fighting to live, she no longer makes the TRP news. They should cage them in public in the middle of the city half killed then should be without food, water, cloths. make sure they stay alive to teach other basterd that this will be the result if any one tries to do some thing.
i feel killing in one shot will be a news only a week or may be less than that. if the govt is a peoples govt let them come with some good law that create a impression in every ones mind.
why death...they tortured her, they should be tortured..when they didn't show any humanity death would be a very humane punishment for such monsters.that girl suffered..Now they should suffer..there every body part should feel the same pain as the girl has felt n is feeling now...they should be handed over to the public..there punishment should be brutal enough to create a terror amongst every person who thinks of this kind of heinous crime. The punishment should be such that any person would think a thousand times before committing it again.
Hang then in the middle of. The city and cut their organ put the iron rod in them and burn them as well as cut there. Legs and hand also .after that leave them with half live put chillies on there burns.

The sick sense of power which such cheap psychotic people have, just because they are men, the reason for their wild behavior must be chopped off, and I agree , also they must be tattooed on their forehead "Rapists", so that the world knows their reality and to give them an apt treatment every time they get out on the roads.Seriously, death is not enough!
Just cut there sex organs and set them free for few days in public after that hang them publicly....
