Capital punishment for Rapists in India

Fast track courts , no bail and capital punishment should be meted put to the people who indulge in the rapes of the female gender in India.. The parliament needs to ammend the laws and pass stringent laws to protect the women of our nation. The intention and direction of the government has to be prompt and decisive - not the general attitude that they have especially with the women s issues.
