The school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut is a tragedy beyond comprehension. Working together, we can bring about meaningful, commonsense gun reform in this country. One of the most important things you can do is sign and share this petition with as many of your family and friends as possible. We need to show that there is a large movement of people coming together to Demand A Plan!

- Look up your Representatives
Tell him or her:
- I urge you to support requiring a criminal background check for every gun buyer.
- 40% of all gun sales are private-party sales and are not subject to a background check under Federal law.
- We need background checks on all gun sales to keep guns out of the hands of criminals.

Posted on Dec 22, 2012Hey "Demand A Plan" coalition. The activist group Code Pink is taking direct action to get Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to speak out publicly about the need for a ban on military-style assault weapons. Let's give them the big numbers they need to get this done.

But I am well Eddie. I can even think clearly, which is obviously more than obama voters can do.
How many more people(children) need to lose their life before anything is done! I know 3 Adults who know people and have grandchildren in this area and I'm in Florida. We pray for a solution to Gun control.
Remember, inanimate objects don't kill, just look at everything around u. When there's a problem, 99% of the time there is a person who is responsible, not an object.
Of course there is ALWAYS a person involved. Keep weapons and people APART. Problem solved. Separate people and guns, leave the law-keeping to the police and the military and stop trying to be John Wayne.
