So  many children are being taken away from their Mothers, Fathers and Grandparents by Government Departments for all the wrong reasons and not giving the family a say in any of it. They put everyone in the same category and are so blind sighted by the rules of their practices, that they can... …

So  many children are being taken away from their Mothers, Fathers and Grandparents by Government Departments for all the wrong reasons and not giving the family a say in any of it. They put everyone in the same category and are so blind sighted by the rules of their practices, that they can not see the real damage it is doing to these beautiful children. Not to mention, the pain and suffering of the families that truly love and care for their child or children. Children that are stable and happy at home, with no violence or abuse in any way, should not be taken from their families. No one is perfect, and as long as the child or children are not abused in any wayand are thriving because of care, safety and love that we give them, they should not be taken from our care. The Government should see that it is doing more harm, than good in so many ways, and that by taking these children away from a loving stable home and placing them in foster care or in a children's home is wrong. If we stand up assertively for our Human Rights, Civil rights and Civil Liberties and let them see that their Conservative Ideologies for this is wrong and it needs to be reviewed desperately. Please give our children back......let our children come home Why can't they see that their little hearts are breaking and our hearts are shattered.

Please sign this partition. I am not saying that children are not abused, because I know they are and they need protection...I am saying, if your child or children have been taken where there is NO abuse what so ever and were thriving at home because of your care and love, then they should NOT be taken from their families.  If you are suffering in the same way or you know someone who is please sign, we need to let the Governments all over the world know that this is happening. And something needs to be done about it. As so many families are destroyed because of it. It is not the lost, old Stolen generation anymore, it has become. The new Stolen Generation.

   I am adding this update because I keep being told that I don't have any info about why it happened to my family. So here goes.

   My daughter and myself went to a resort with my grandchildren after I had just put my best friend ( my beloved dog ) to sleep as he had cancer and was not getting any better from kemo etc. I was devastated.    I am adding this update because I keep being told that I don't have any info about why it happened to my family. So here goes.

So...off we went to the resort for the night. While I was having a spa and the girls were playing hiding go seek, one of them got their little arm caught in the jug cord, which was up on the kitchen counter, but the cord was half way to the floor. My daughter had just boiled it to make me a cuppa.

   Anyway she went to run off and he little arm was caught in the cord and the jug spilled onto the left side of her body... The room we were in did not have 000 to call, I had left my mobile at home, unbeknown to me until then, and we couldn't find my daughters phone. It was like everything was against us. After throwing my cloths on I ran knocking on door, after door, but no one would answer....

   We covered the little one that got burnt in wet towels and put the children in the car as quick as we could and started to drive to the hospital, but my car over heated...anyway long story short. We got her to the hospital after a very distressing and long drive.

   The next day D.C.P came and interviewed us at the hospital, my daughter first and then me. They said that everything was ok and not to worry. My daughter stayed at the hospital with my granddaughter and I went home to look after my other two grandchildren. 

   Three days after the accident they decided to go and talk to my five year old granddaughter, I was upset by this, as something terrible had happened to her previously and they had told me that she was to young to talk to because they get confused. And now they wanted to talk to her about this. Which had an effect on her, and how could it not have had an effect on her ?

   I went to pick them up from day care, while my daughter was still at the hospital with the other little one, that got burnt. When I got there, the boss of the day care at the time told me that D.C.P had rang and had asked if I could stay there because they needed to talk to me. I had arrived at the day care, at 4.30pm and was in a hurry as the children had a routine and if broken, they became irritable. They made me wait until 5.25 pm, nearly closing time. While I was in the office waiting for them, I saw the police pull up and I knew what was going to happen, they had tricked me into staying so they could take my grandchildren. Which they did, and at the same time they were doing this to me, they were throwing my daughter out of the hospital. Neither of us had any support, and as I am sure anyone can imagine. It was the worst thing that has ever happened to us, the pain was so unbearable. And you ask why, but you get no answer. They didn't even tell me why.....

   WHY....because of one accident ? Accidents happen in every family, so why were my grandchildren taken ?

   My grandchildren have NEVER been in any danger,they have NEVER been abused in any way or neglected. They were the most loving and stable children that I knew. They were always protected in every way and loved more than life itself.

   HOW....can they take children from a safe and loving home because of one accident ? 

   If anyone has the answer, tell me because it is beyond my comprehension, I don't understand and I never will.

   After this happened to our family, I began to do a lot of research into this situation and was horrified at the fact that, they have been doing this to so many families, not just here in Australia, but all over the world. To me it is so......wrong.....and I will fight until my last breath because I think this desperately needs to be reviewed by Governments all over the world.

   I hope this has answered the question for those, who needed to know why, my beautiful little loved ones were taken. And this IS,...the truth...

   WHY is it so HARD for others to understand...that children ARE taken from loving homes...where there is NO ABUSE or NEGLECT. I would not be doing this PETITION if it did not happen, and to me that would be so wrong. I would NEVER do this...petition.. IF it DID NOT HAPPEN....i know personally that IT DOES, as MY GRANDCHILDREN were taken because of an ACCIDENT. NOT ABUSE OR NEGLECT.. And there are many more FAMILIES out there suffering the same FATE as myself.

   I don't understand, how everyone is signing other petitions about children and not this one. I. Feel like giving up. We need so many more signatures, for governments around the world to take notice.....but it just isn't happening for us. I thought there were so many others out there, that were going through this as well. I must have been mistaken!!!!

   I won't give up just yet, I still have faith.....

Yet they interferer with the lives of the children and there families, under the banner of these organisons, if theses organizations are not accountable then surely the staff and there personal attitudes towards the people who lives they have such bearing upon, should be accountable instead of hiding under these banners,or the cloaks of these organizations. I live in australia and our child protective laws are very clear and transparent. We have child first and family support programs in place that can work with families that are vulnerable and at risk of child protection intervention. Our child protective laws allow families opportunity to defend any allegations put forward known as "notifications" to child protection (Department of human services) in regards to any physical, sexual, emotional spiritual or environmental neglect as with FAMILY...

Our child protective laws allow families opportunity to defend any allegations put forward known as "notifications" to child protection (Department of human services) in regards to any physical, sexual, emotional spiritual or environmental neglect as with FAMILY VIOLENCE and so fourth. The child and family support programs are a VOLUNTARY service so they are not mandated to comply. I don't think I have heard of any children being taken from families without the above being played out. (our process is that next of kin and family are located first before being placed with carers).
What was the accident that took place that led the children to be taken from their family I am curious?

Luke's Army web site is very on top of all this and what is happening in Australia...there are many more sites online as well. This is the 1st christmas without my beautifull babyboy Teejay James...hes nearly 2 naw stolen and forceully adopted by s.s while I was unwell in hospital,, i don't know how they sleep at night tbh! theyre after the wrong ones,, wen they should be were childeren do need them! they make me sick aye! I think about my babyboy 247 and the heartache gets worse thinking who and were he is? is he ok? has he been changed & fed..he should be home with his loving mother, these corrupt courts and...

Do the government need to be reminded that the government action is anti Human Rights conditions. Do the Government want the population to sue it in the court of law, Police station and finally to the Amnesty International for action. May be the government refrain from such action at once or else we would be compelled to file case for committal of crime against humanity. The signatories should consult and request the Human Rights activists to help in filing the case in case the Government fails to stop such illegal activities.

The women that started this petition is a bad influence and at last the dept has done the right thing for these children. Their mother has had a drug and medication problem for many years as does the whole family. Mental health issues can be detremental to childrens stability as is in this case. DOn't believe what she rights, there will be a very good reason behind the dept. descision. KARMA.

"In care" is a presumption that is seriously unwarranted. Our child welfare system is dangerous. Each state has thousands of children missing, mostly little girls. Every mother has struggles, and every evil wisher makes a conscious choice to harm rather than assist. Jan you know this family so well? Its a shame you neglected to be of support or assistance.

She runs an advocacy center for parents, she is in the US - but she will include you into whatever dialog and resources that she has. there are acouple other places to research, try googling "every mother is a working woman" , "global womens strike", and "DHS give us back our kids"

Its a cash cow. Each child removed gets the state a federal subsidy, and each child kept until they are a legal adult gets the state a bonus check. Its like avis rental cars for kids.
