    We have a moral imperative to change the gun laws at the Federal level. It must be made illegal for private citizens to own military assault weapons of any kind. We can no longer tolerate inaction to this issue and pandering to NRA lobbyists. How many more innocent citizens must pay with their lives? We have just lost 20 children in Newtown, CT. Who knows the impact their talents could have had on the world. Please don't let this tragedy happen one more time.
