Winter has set in Ploiesti, Romania. Snow of roughly 15-20 cm at the moment and more snow expected to come. Temperatures announced to get as low as -20 C. And thousands of needy street dogs, of which many with great temperament and potential to become beloved family dogs, are at the moment suffering in the streets. From cold, from hunger, from neglect.
