      Pledging to support and defend our Constitution is required to become even a local mayor in the United States. Every member of the U.S. Congress and our military must also take this simple pledge.

      For some strange reason, many on the Left feel this simple pledge is now radical and goes against today's American values.

      I pledged officially for my first time back in 1969, when I enlisted in the U.S. Marines.
