The Agent Orange Act.

There are tens of thousands of Vietnam veterans who are sick with exposure to Agent Orange Dioxin. Many can not get Veterans Administration benefits because they did not have boots-on-ground Vietnam because they were at sea or in the air Vietnam, Just the same, they are sick and infected with the herbicide Agent Orange Dioxin. These veterans are dying at a

rate
of 500 to 700 a week and receive no help from our government. What legacy will they leave behind? Write a letter to the Veterans Affairs Committee chair person of the Congress and Senate. For Congress: Congressman Jeff Miller 335 Cannon House Office Bldg, Washington, DC 20515, Ph#202-225-4136. For Senate: Senator Patty Murray 448 Russell Senate office Bldg, Washington, DC 20510 Ph#202-224-2621. Then send this same letter with a brief plea to your State district member of US Congress and to both your State US Senators. We need the American people to urge their members of Congress and Senate to co-sign the Bills and have those Bills sent to the floor of both Houses for swift passage. Urge the VA committee chair member to send the bills to both Floors. Many Vietnam veterans are doomed to suffering if our legislators fail to act to afford some relief. THE 112th LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY HAS FAILED TO ACT ON BEHALF OF VIETNAM VETERANS..Once new Bills are introduce, I will update this petition.  GOOD NEWS:  A new House Bill has just been introduced.  Congressman Gibson of New York introduced House Bill HR-543 The Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act.  The Bill has been sent to Congressman Jeff Miller, Chairman of the Veteran's Affairs Committee.  Write or call Rep. Miller, his address and phone # is noted above, urge him to favor the Bill and send it to the Floor of Congress for a favorable vote of passage.  Likewise, urge your District member of Congress o favor the Bill.  The Power of the People.
