Puppy Farms are in abuntance in Australia the laws should be charged to fit the crime, Tonight on TV
I witnessed well know collie breeders running a appauling puppy farm. A registered breeder placing dogs in 2ft x 2ft pens No light! No food! No water. Urine soaked newspapers for beds The list goes on it was appauling, Why? No dogs where rescued by the RSPCA! well its beyond me.I managed to track down the above mentioned puppy farms email address, feel free to express you awareness to this horrid dog breeder.
