Rename Foxbeach Avenue to Lenny Montalto Way

My father, Lenny Montalto, moved to Foxbeach Avenue when he was 6. He died during Hurricane Sandy in his house at age 53. He was an amazing father who supported my sisters and I in anything and everything that we wanted to do. He was a great friend who always looked out for everyone and kept many close friendships despite years or distance between them. He was a Federal Employee for the USPS for 31 years; in addition, he was an important advocate in their union and was a union rep. He was currently in the running to be the Union President. He was very active in the community, he knew everyone in our neighborhood. He also found time throughout the years to coach soccer teams for my sisters and I. When he wasn't coaching, he was managing or helping out any way that he could.

He is loved by many and will be missed by all. For any of you who knew my dad, he would love for the street to be renamed after him and for it to be called "way" ... because if you didn't do it HIS way your way was wrong!
