This happened to my family. My husband sold art to a person and the person wanted his money back but to also keep the art. My husband in turn said no, won through Paypal. The person who lost and didn't get his money back took our personal information, including address, phone number, etc and posted it on a huge fan based website, which in turn got other people involved taking his side and threatening our children with drugs and now they have our address and phone number. The site did nothing to the individual who posted this but remove the post two days later after everyone already got our information. This person as well as the other people who threatened and cost my husband money got away with this to go and do it to others. He posted on numerous websites that my husband sells art on and now my husband can't sell his art because of this lying individual. Something needs to be done. Criminal action needs to be taken and the websites need to be better monitored.
