This child was beaten and tortured while in the care of her mother and her mothers boyfriend, The mother has changed her story several times since Dec,1st 2010 and was allowed to keep changing it until she settled on a story she and her lawyers thought would work. Baby girl Manarpaac needed a blood transfusion to save her life, According to hospital records baby girl Manarpaac was picked up by her hair and thrown into a wall. NO ARREST ! the mother didn't even have to talk with police ! and in fact refused to do so. So now they have decided to ignore what has happened to this little girl,give her back to the mother and pretend she's a good mom. Dear Mr. Louis Bianchi, Why are you not doing your job? Is this little girl not worth an arrest for the crimes committed against her? It's called felony child abuse, Documented child abuse by qualified doctors and D.C.F.S. but in your county it means nothing ! We want to know why ?

Things have changed since the channel 2 news artical, But they will make sure the outcome is the same. Nobody will be accountable for what happened to this baby. I guess we will have to go higher in the power chain.

No arrest yet ! She's just trying to make a deal. I want to know why? And ask yourself why they have launched an investigation after two years?

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh when does it stop, my nephew was murdered at the hands of a live in boyfriend jeffery johnson of the elgin area murdered matty milam beautiful boy! DCFS never had the mother arrested after many many visits to the hospital and St.joseph complaining to them! STOP THE ABUSE PEOPLE HIT THE LINK AND HELP.
Teri this baby Girl Manarpaac is one of my good friends from the elgin algonquin area this is his daughter who is in this picture his usless ex with no brain needs a wake up call and send her where the sun dont shine to put it nicely even tho i shouldnt.Ita a shame and something reall need to be done.If that are system for justic is for shit and they really dont care and that they are spending too much time on things that reallly dont matter. What a horrible story , as a mom my heart broke to hear this and see the damage those monsters did to this beautiful and inocent little baby, its disgusting !! I live in Mchernry County and never even heard about this on the news or papers, can you tell me what wound up happening to little Manarpaac !? I pray her daddy took her away from that worthless , disgusting poor excuse of a mother and pig boyfriend , please tell me what happened to her !!

You're very welcome. Personally, I know first hand the kind of scaring that can come from many different kinds of abuse. Therefore, I'd be more than happy to help in any way I can. If it helps, I do believe that what I went through helped me to be a stronger, more understanding and more giving person. Even though it caused me grief and caused to become a person that wasn't me, I managed to come out of it with every step of it a part of my testimony. I hope that will bring some kind of comfort for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Can you hire another lawyer in a different county and have the case transferred?
As a parent and grandmother I can't understand how a mother could ever do something as horrible as what this mother did to her little baby girl. I do believe a mother should be loving , kind and protective over her child and not aggressor. Who can our children trust if they can't trust their parent. It's a sad when a child dies at the hands of the parents.

In my opinion they should send these two out to the Comanches and let them put them through some of their old trusted torture techniques! that'll make em' tell the truth real quick! hell is too good a place for people like this. and jail would be a vacation, killing em' is too easy. make em' work in a hospital or something where little children suffer, make em' look at kids everyday that have been through what they put this chid through. It's a crying shame that God allows the innocent to be done this way by shitheads like them.
