Two girls in Ireland both ended their lives after people going on here using 'anonymous' and posting vile cyber bullying messages, it's completely wrong of Ask.fm to suggest that this only happens in Britain and Ireland because it doesn't, it's a worldwide problem and if sites like this aren't...

There have been a number of incidents on Ask.fm involving young teenagers using this site and getting bullied via this site by sick and twisted 'anonymous' people who have nothing better to do with their lives - a girl in Ireland recently took her own life because of it: http://www.independent.ie/national-news/family-devastated-after-tragic-erin-13-takes-own-life-after-vicious-online-bullying-3277171.html - Ask.fm claim that "it's just people in Britain and Ireland who get bullied on there" which sounds like they couldn't care about it...how can they possibly take that attitude and keep the site running knowing that someone ended their life after some sick cyber-bullying on their site? please everyone sign this to either close the site down fully or end the ridiculous 'anonymous' on there and help to stop another tragic death like in the case of Erin Gallagher happening again.

this sight is a disgrace! my son recently took his own life threw bullying which is devasting as it is but , seeing sick comment from anons is even harder to bare eg.( I saw were he hung hiself ripped all the flowers up and piseed all over them lol)this is just one of many we don't need to see things like that and I'm sure that I'm not the only one going through this GET RID.

believe me margaret, they will always have ways of gettin at people. It dont make a difference if u block someone, they still find ways to get at a person. Its not just teenagers that are doing this either, i have seen grown women married with kids saying awful things to and about people and using websites like these to do it. Its emotional and mental torture for anyone to go through.

Its really not that hard, and if people are having issues with cyber bullying, then just turn that off. My friend had that problem, but hasn't had any stupid messages since he changed it.
I honestly can't understand what makes someone want to sit in front of a computer screen sending messages of a bullying nature to someone? do they get some kind of thrill out of it or think its funny? the problem with Ask.fm is that someone can go on there and post whatever they want hiding behind 'anonymous' and you'll never know who they are and they'll constantly get away with it, older people might ignore what's said to them and tell the moron to go and take a hike but Children take...

My 11 year old is being harassed on it and she dosnt have a account . Kids are going on her friends accounts and talking about her . It needs to be shut down

We did not have this type of thing back when I was growing up in the 60's and 70's. I don't want my grandchildren to have to endure people putting things on line that is untrue. At least if you have the nerve to say it you can own up to it. Don't children have enough problems to deal with in this world without being hateful to each other!
