We the American People need to send a clear message to Congress and the President that we will no longer tolerate their unlawful attempts to disarm us and leave us helpless in the face of an out of control, power hungry government. We understand these actions to be a violation of our Second Amendment Rights and the only reason for a government to try to disarm it's citizens is out of fear of retaliation against that government's attempts to force unreasonable and unfair laws upon the people or because of the rampant corruption that is now becoming more apparent!

Billy Montrose is a minion of the devil!
The biggest thing I cant understand about people like him is this, What must it be like to have that much hatred for your own country, your Constitution, your fellow man and individual liberty within you.
good as anything you put out here Dilly
The word "tyrant" carries connotations of a harsh and cruel ruler who places his or her own interests or the interests of the people around him over the best interests of the general population, which the tyrant governs or controls. Sound like anybody you know? BO maybe. How fiting

big hairy things with a 5o cal desert eagle in its palm, shoved up yer back parts.
having fun yet Dilly?
Billy, name calling doesn't help. A lot of people who own guns are responsible members of society, who either have it for protection, hunting, enjoy shooting or collecting. I am big on personal freedom and it is a right granted by the constitution. What I do object to is misleading people who feel passionately about an issue. I am not even sure what this manipulation is supposed to accomplish, political back lash for coming elections? Increased gun sales? Or inciting more irrational hate of Obama?
Calm down a bit folks. The rumors that the un and obama are going to confiscate guns are just that.... RUMORS! This pettition is a good thing, It will let our leaders know that we are serious about keeping our weapons IN CASE they start talking seriously about taking them. People are scared and worried on both sides of the argument. Both sides have good points. I happen to be against any changes to the second amemdment but I understand the desire to limit access to weapons that kill so...

I happen to be against any changes to the second amemdment but I understand the desire to limit access to weapons that kill so many so easily in the hands of bad guys. You
have to admit that there are bad guys out there. Everyone is just trying to come up with a solution. Stop jumping in with the I ME MY attitude. Stop accusing and blaming obama for everything and start helping come up with a solution that will keep people safe at the mall, post office and in kindergarten.
cut spending!
not true Dilly, You have issues!
It is not the guns it is the people that use the guns! If the laws get changed the crime rate will double Because we wont have our choise of firearms to protect ourselves or property>.
We need Idiot control! Not Gun Control!
put enough guns in the hands of law abiding citizens and that will take care of the idiots. Its a proven fact .
Wasn't the second amendment put into place for a reason? Is not that reason still in effect today? So what's the problem? Guns are not the problem, it's the idiots behind SOME of them that spoil it for the rest.
I am a hunter and also a father. It is my right to protect my family and to bear arms. If this is taken from us, what difference is living in this country vs. some socialistic country?
I love Vermont, NONE to very very very little gun regulations. No required permit to carry ever since 1777 when VT constitution was written Also nicknamed "Constitutional Carry". You cant buy at 18 but if gifted from a parent can own and conceal carry a hand gun under 21 years of age here. with parents permission you can be 16 and have a firearm. Also Vermont is ranked right with NH in the top 4 safest states to live in across the board. Vermont is a perfect example to how people can have...

Also Vermont is ranked right with NH in the top 4 safest states to live in across the board. Vermont is a perfect example to how people can have guns and still live in a safe place with low crime. It is possible and we have been doing it for a LONNNGGGG time up here. To the "anti-gun" people you are putting you and your family's own lives in danger so maybe you worry about yourself before what I am doing.
As strong as a group like this is "together", on an individual level, if the government came to your house to get your guns, Your all alone. The less they know the stronger YOU are.
I think we should leave our Constitution alone! That isn't what's broken!
I bare arms to protect me, and my children from intruders, or someone that might do harm.
