Declaration of the 2nd Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms and Intentions to Resist Confiscation of Firearms

Petition: Intentions to resist confiscation of firearms;

BE IT KNOWN to all Law Enforcement Personnel, Military Service Personnel including Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and National Guard,

That "We the People" being the recipients and guarantors of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, by our CONSENT, do hereby make the following declaration:

That the Founding Fathers understood the need for ALL fellow Americans to have the opportunity, the freedom, and the responsiblity of defending themselves from ALL enemies both
foreign and domestic.

That to do so, it is required that the American People must have the tools and [any] weapons necessary to effectively mount a defense against ALL who would seek to Transform, Alter, Destroy or Nullify American society and culture [in order] to change it into what the Founding Fathers referred to as "servitude" to statism (or) to implement a world government whereby American laws are subservient to international laws.

Further, The Founding Fathers having fought a Revolutionary War of Independence from Great Britain, understood and stated in the "Declaration Of Independence" that unbridled government was just as likely to impose upon the People harsh laws and unfair edicts designed to squash their desire and ability to oppose or protest such government.

Be it therefore understood that we, the undersigned petitioners, are making it known to the world that ANY AND ALL ATTEMPTS by the Government of the United States Of America or any International Governmental Structure, or any companies affiliated with them, to confiscate privately owned weapons, firearms, pistols, shotguns, rifles, et al etc. shall be seen as being in violation of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution, which is the law of the land, ....And It States:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the Right of the People to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Be it further understood that, in the event that there is an attempted confiscation of firearms from the American People by the US Government, all official or unofficial military branches of the Armed Forces and all official or unofficial branches of Law Enforcement or International Organizations (United Nations) who aid the US government in said confiscation of firearms,

SHALL BE SEEN as being in violation of the American Constitution and regarded as Enemies of the People.

It is encumbent upon all to remember that whatever actions are taken, by the military and law enforcement personnel, those actions are being executed against the will of law abiding, freedom loving, American People that may be your mothers and fathers, your grandparents, your brothers and sisters, your uncles and aunts, and your children, and the negative effects of such actions could have consequences for generations to come. Nazi Germany being a prime example.

A CALL FOR AID:

We the petitioners do hereby send out a call to all Loyal Patriots, Militias, Retired Military, Active Duty Military, Retired Law Enforcement, Active Duty Law Enforcement, Oathkeepers, firearms owners, and any and all who deem the Right To Keep And Bear Arms to be of Unalienable beginnings, shall come to the aid of these Petitioners.

BE IT RESOLVED:

In the event that there should be an attempted firearms confiscation, We the undersigned will resist with all firmness any such illegal actions, and will meet force with force.
