The PTSD programs are experiments and ineffective. The programs are presented by persons that have never seen a body of a friend in pieces and no time to mourn. It takes more than a degree to teach suicides prevention and to manage PTSD .

SCOTT STRAUSSER shared ·"The sadest thing is, I have attempted suicide not one or twice, but four times, I was denied access to any services until someone steped in to help me. Right now, I pay for everything, not the military or Medicaid (public assistance), I DO! If I had this access, things would certainly be better for me at least financially."

I fought for my country when they asked. I had to fight them for treatment for what they gave me in vietnam. Took 20 + years. Don't let it happen to our hereos today. Free is not free. but treatment should be for the ones that fight for it.

my husband died from cancer due to exposure to agent orange in vietnam. we had to fight for compensation and finally got it just before he died. the gov't wouldn't recognize the chemical as a cause of diseases until many suffered and died because of it. Every war will have it's medical issues, just like this one. Where will the gov't be for these veterans when they need help. Or do more have to get sick and die before the gov't admits they deserve their benefits and act quickly. Also look at the years that went by before the truth comes out about camp lejeune and the contanimated water problem. why is it covered up and denied before veterans get sick and die once again. this is a horrible shame that our veterans have to suffer because the higher ups are not telling them the truth about the hazards of the war they are fighting to keep us safe. Shame on you and wake up and tell the people the truth and give them their benefits they deserve.

  • It took me 30 years fighting with the VA to get my 100% Disability. I pray no one else has to do that.
