Important federal legislation to help fight human trafficking has expired. The Trafficking Victims Protection Act, which includes anti-trafficking initiatives like law enforcement and services for survivors, is one of the most important tools our country has to fight human trafficking and exploitation. With the election happening, the TVPA will have a hard time gaining attention in Congress without your help. Please stop the "ABUSE" of Human Trafficking! No one, not even you would want this to happen to you or your children, or loved ones! Take a stand to help get this passed thru the legislation into Law.
We must end slavery, human trafficking, child sex trafficking. We cannot give up the fight. Anyone can fall prey to this insidious practice.
I just left a board meeting of AAUW and one of our issues we deal with is human trafficking!!!!!!generational prostitution!!!!!!

I agree Julie. Private for profit prisons donate millions to Republicans who do everything in there power to do more people in prison. It's modern day slavery.
