Donate to the John Gongos Melanoma Education Fund. In Memory of Industry Leader, John Gongos

John Gongos was a friend to many in the market research industry and his untimely death stunned us all. Gongos was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma and passed away just eight days later. His career spanned 25 years working in research and his impact on the industry will leave a lasting impact.

Friends and colleagues are invited to join us to raise $10,000 for Outrun the Sun to remember Gongos's innovations and contributions to the market research community. The John Gongos Melanoma Education Fund was established in John's honor because he was an avid sportsman (golf, softball, basketball, boating, hiking) and we want to send the message that while fitness and outdoor recreation are key to living a balanced life, so too is protecting ourselves and loved ones from the awesome power of the sun.

During the months of September and October, Research For Good and Gongos Research are encouraging members of the market research community to celebrate John and make a donation to OutRun The Sun in his honor.
