EXPELL IOC MEMBERS WHO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THE ISRAELI TEAM
- Posted by Regina Sabin
To: International Olympics Committee
"The International Olympic Committee, while promoting peace and fraternity, also has a history of honoring the despicable. In 1936, some 11 months after the enactment of the Nuremberg Laws, the committee allowed Hitler to host the Olympics in Berlin. In the 1980s, the committee bestowed its...

The IOC blatantly demonstrated indifference to the many who requested a moment of silence for the Munich 11 at the London 2012 games. Not content to dishoner the memory of their own Olympian athletes, they proceeded to aid and abet the Lebanese team in erecting a screen to hide the Israeli team. No team should have to suffer an act of such humiliation..no committee should go unpunished for perpetrating such an incident.

Update #1
Posted by Regina Sabin (Campaign Leader) on Sep 1, 2012"Now, I have a message to all the members of the IOC. The torture inflicted by "Black September" on the 11 Israeli athletes and their families took 48 hours. Your torture of the families and the memories of those esteemed athletes has lasted 40 years. I am not satisfied with a moment of silence in every Opening Ceremony of the Summer Games. Now I want all of you to lose your jobs and be replaced by real Olympians who care about the athletes and believe in the Olympic charter." Guri Weinberg

dispicable behaviour...end it once and for all.
Thanks for your support Darrel! The IOC has an endless history of such behavior..way past due time for us all to pull the plug on them.
Wellcome to my second home Michael..really happy for your involvement and support!!!
..I am with you and support you...
Dziękuję, Zbigniew! Your support is so important and appreciated.
AM ISRAEL CHAI ! London 2012 ? we will forget !
Thank you for your support Anna..it is for the Olympics of the future that we must bring permanent change that ends bias.
You are right, I support your action, but I want to say that IOC members, London 2012 are nothing ! Israeli Athletes are heros and we will never forget Them !
There was a very brief mention of the attack by Huw Evans, commentating on the opening ceremony for the BBC when the Israeli team came out. Not nearly enough, and not really surprising to be honest.
This is an absolute discrace and any fair minded person could see this. Unfortunetly Israel is dealing with people and countries who demonise them at every turn. Well done to the IOC!! Maybe next olympics you will bow to Arab pressure and insist the Israeli team where a yellow star of David!!
Not only do i personally find this appalling , but it is also disturbing and disgusting.
Many thanks for your support, Simone. It will only become more appaling if we do not demand the bias to stop.
promoting peace and all other good things and supporting anti-Semitism in its various forms? They must be skizzo in addition to being criminals
...and/or socio-pathic, self serving, politically and financially motivated.. The fact Bee, is that the"peace and good things" makes for great PR imagery..but the bias that is truly in their hearts can not hide.
The IOC have a fascist history.
yet they have seen fit to commemorate 9/11 at an opening ceremony, they saw fit to commemorate an athlete who died during training at an opening ceremony, yet they resolutely refuse to commemorate the lives of 11 Jews, whos lives were lost DURING the Olympic games!
This is abhorrent!
The IOC has a reprehensible history..as I state in my petition. Certainly their lack of honoring a moment of silence is indicative of bias, but if there were any doubt of this their assistance to the Lebanese team in erecting a screen ..should confirm it.
